We have added in the ability for consumers to retrieve accounts at the kiosk after a GMA migration has been completed. This process will allow users to enter their Username and PIN at the kiosk and add a fingerprint or scancode to their account so they can continue to access it. By allowing users to update their accounts at the kiosk, this helps to streamline the migration process and cuts down on the time required by operators to update accounts. This feature will be enabled by default after a GMA migration is completed but can be disabled by unchecking the ‘Enable Retrieve Account’ setting on the Manage Locations page.

Having a single, consolidated backend streamlines the market management process and helps to save by not having to navigate through multiple platforms. With the introduction of GMA, V5, and ADM, the need for a consolidated backend has greatly increased and with this release we have completed the requirements necessary so a GMA Legacy kiosk can be managed from ADM. With this update, ADM can be used to manage both V5 and GMA Legacy kiosks, ultimately providing users with the consolidated platform.
Automation is a key component of migrating Legacy kiosks to GMA and ultimately the V5 platform. We continue to work on numerous automation features and with this release we have introduced a new Batch and Sync option on the Valet Admin screen. This feature will perform a full batch and sync of the Legacy kiosk, helping to cut out manual processes and time-consuming phone calls.
As more states in the US roll out requirements around Privacy and Biometric policies, users of the MicroMarket will have to start interacting with those policies to provide their consent of use. To make these policies more user friendly, we have added in an updated scrolling feature that makes it easier for users to interact with and accept the policies. This will reduce the number of clicks it takes to view the whole policy, helping to streamline the process for users.
