Process

If the operator requests that we send them a list of their end-users, INCLUDING their PINs, you MUST follow the steps below:

  1. The operator needs to submit a filled out and signed copy of the Customer Information Release Authorization form.
  2. After attaching the completed form to the Zendesk ticket, escalate the ticket to development.
  3. Development will generate the user list that you can return to the customer.
