If a piece of equipment fails during the kiosk warranty period, the unit may be eligible for paid replacement. If you are having trouble with your 365 equipment, please contact 365 Support for assistance. Our support team will help troubleshoot the issue and determine if the product must be replaced. Use the following guidelines when the device is sent back to 365.
