Purpose
The purpose of this article is to provide information on requesting a refund through the 365Pay App or Connect & Pay app.
Process
- In the app's settings menu, select Account History.
- Select the funding event you would like to refund.
- Select the Request a Refund button.
- If the funding event is older than 90 days or the card used to make the transaction is expired, reach out to 365 Support at support@365smartshop.com or (888) 365-6282.
