365Pay Request a Refund

Purpose

The purpose of this article is to provide information on requesting a refund through the 365Pay App or Connect & Pay app.

 

Process

  1. In the app's settings menu, select Account History.

  2. Select the funding event you would like to refund.

  3. Select the Request a Refund button.

  4. If the funding event is older than 90 days or the card used to make the transaction is expired, reach out to 365 Support at support@365smartshop.com or (888) 365-6282.
