Steps to Deactivate Store Products that are no longer sold or are Underperforming in your Store

To deactivate a Store Product, start by clicking on the "Manage" icon, found on the left side of the screen. From there, navigate to the "Manage Products" section and select the "View All Products" link. Once you've accessed the list of products, locate the specific Store Product you wish to deactivate. To proceed, click on the pen icon situated on the right side of the screen, which will be labeled as "Edit Product" when hovered over. In the dropdown menu that appears, modify the product's status from "Active" to "Inactive." Don't forget to confirm your changes by clicking on the red "Close" icon.

A critical note to consider when deactivating a Store Product is to ensure that all associated inventory has been sold. Neglecting this step may result in ImpulsePoint writing off any existing inventory when deactivating the Store Product.
