Invoice has Payment Allocations
If you try to Void an Invoice, and see this message in place of the Void Button, you need to first remove the Payment or Credit that is allocated to the Invoice.

Void Feature is Not Activated
If you don't see the option to Void an Invoice and it has no Payments Allocated the feature to Void Invoices might not be turned on.
To turn on this feature, reach out to a Spoonfed Customer Support Specialist for assistance so they can activate the feature and let you Void the Invoice.
