The following new features and updates were deployed on 1/14/2025.

What’s new

• Added a job that runs monthly to update Subscription Fee amounts that have Service Fee tiers setup in the database.
  
  
• Added ability to import an Idle Fee Percentage at the Company level. (Used for Pepsi)
  
  
• Added ability to import a Received Date at the Device level that must be in the future and cannot be entered if a device already has an activation date. (Used for Pepsi)
  
  
• Split out Idle Fees and Lease Fees when deducting the fees from the EFT payment amount.
  
  
• Added ability to be able to input a number of Lease Payments and Lease Payments Amount at the Company level.
  
  
• Introduced a new weekly detail report that will break out different fees as requested by Pepsi.
• Introduced a new weekly summary report that will show the totals of each type of fee as requested by Pepsi.
  
  
• Removed the warning about only entering Device level service fees if different from the Company level.
  
  
• Enhanced the Sage Import to now create devices, set the Received Date, and flag if a device has been purchased.
  
  
• Display the Pepsi Asset Number and Local Asset Number on the Edit Machine page.
