Volume Changes

With the 241001 release, you now have greater control over your kiosk’s volume range. Here’s a quick overview of the new feature and how to use it:

Q: What’s new for volume control on the V5 kiosk?

A: V5 Micro Markets kiosks now offer an enhanced volume option.

• To access this feature, log into the Driver Menu with your PIN and select the ‘Volume’ button. this will bring you to the Volume page, where you can use the sliders to further adjust the volume.
• Pressing the “Volume” button will increase the volume range on the device, and also increase the volume based on this expanded range.
  
  

Q: How do I increase my kiosk’s volume?

A: Log in with your PIN on a V5 Gen3/Gen3C, MM6, or MM6-mini to access the Driver Menu and the new volume button. 

Q: What if I don’t want to change the volume?

A: No action is needed. Unless you click the ‘Volume’ button in the Driver Menu, the volume will remain unchanged. For further assistance, please contact Support.

Unlock Discount Changes

The Unlock Discount and consumer role features have been corrected and should now show in the kiosk UI as expected when a user is able to choose the Unlock Discount feature.
