Release Notes rel-240712-server

The following new features and fixes were deployed on 8/1/24.

ADM

What’s New

  • The Gift Pass feature in ADM has numerous financial implications, including the initial creation, rebates, and expired passes. Due to the complexity of this process, there were many questions on how the EFT: GMA Disbursement was generating the values shown. To help provide more clarity around the Gift Pass data, we have added in a new sheet on the exported file that will detail the specifics of the data. This is intended to show exactly how the EFT determined the Gift Pass values.

  • We have created a new Daily Product Sales report in ADM, specifically for the 365Dining platform. This report will detail the sales count and sales value by product and modifier, to help provide additional insights into how products are moving. The data will be broken up into the past 7 days for easier analysis.

  • The Scheduled Reports functionality in ADM allows users to set up reports and have them automatically emailed out. We have improved the feature within ADM by allowing users to now see the associated Locations to an existing Scheduled Report. By drilling into the specific report from the grid on the Reports tab, users can now view all associated Locations to know what the report will generate.

  • To update products in ADM, many Operators export the Global Product List, make adjustments to the file, and then send it back to 365 to have uploaded. Even though this data was originating from ADM, the eventual upload process was causing errors, making Operators then have to make more adjustments. We have updated the upload criteria to better match the requirements from ADM, which will help to streamline the process and reduce back and forth.

  • The GMA Subsidy feature is a highly used method to automatically have funds added to consumer balances. Based on some feedback from Operators, we have enhanced the functionality to allow for the removal of individual consumers from a Subsidy group. This will allow for consumers to be managed on a more granular basis to determine if a single account should no longer receive a Subsidy.

Bug Fixes

  • On the ADM Dashboard, there is a column for Last Sale, which shows when the most recent transaction was successfully completed at that Location. There was a bug in the value which was showing some inconsistent data. We have fixed this bug, making the Last Sale column more reliable.
