This document provides an explanation of basic analytics for your machine sales and consolidation.
POS (Machine) Sales

To view the POS sales for your machines, click Analytics in the navigation bar.

Hover over Vending Financial in the drop down menu.

Select POS Sales.

To change the date range and information displayed, use the following filters:

Modify the From and To date fields to display information from that date range.

To view the POS Sales for machines only, select Only Machines from the All POS drop down menu.

To choose a particular POS Group, select the appropriate choice from the All POS Groups drop down menu.

- Click to run report.

To toggle the information displayed on this report , select Toggle Columns from the Options drop down menu. Select and deselect columns as necessary.

You can also Print or Export the report from the Options menu.
- Hover under column header for search filters.

Explanation of columns in the POS (Machine) Sales table from left to right:
-
Asset: The unique number assigned to the machine.
-
Name: The name assigned to the machine. The machine name is a clickable link that opens the Machine View.

Route: The route assigned to the machine.
-
Location: The location that the machine is assigned to.
-
Account: The account the machine is assigned to.
-
Device ID: The telemeter ID in online machines.
-
Offline: Indicates whether the machine is an offline or an online machine. Offline is displayed for offline machines and Connected is displayed for online machines.

Bottler No.: This is an additional identification number that may be tied to the machine.

Type: The type of machine.
-
Cash Sales: The amount of cash sales per machine within the chosen date range.

Cashless Sales: The amount of cashless sales per machine within the chosen date range.

Two Tier Fees: The two tier cashless fee applied to cashless transactions. This fee is set in the machine or market settings.

Total Sales: The cash and cashless sales per machine within the chosen date range.

Daily Average: The daily average sales per machine within the chosen date range.

Cash Collected: The actual amount collected from the machine within the date range.

Total Collected: The total actually collected between cash and coins, as well as the cashless sales.

Total Revenue: The income from sales for the machine within the chosen date range.

No. of Services: The number of services per machine within the chosen date range.

Service Average: The average amount collected per service.

Status: Indicates whether the machine is active or deleted. Active is displayed for active machines, and Deleted is displayed for deleted machines.

Explanation of the information displayed in the Location Sales graphs:

Cash / Cashless Sales: This graph visually compares the cash and cashless sales for each of the top 10 POS by total sales. To view all Machine POS, select Show All from the Options drop down menu.

Service Average: This graph visually compares the service average for the top 10 POS. To view all Machine POS, select Show All from the Options drop down menu.

Daily Average: This graph visually compares the daily average of the top 10 POS by total sales. To view all Machine POS, select Show All from the Options drop down menu.
POS (Machine) Full Report

To view the POS sales for your machines, click Analytics in the navigation bar.

Hover over Vending Financial in the drop down menu.

Select POS Full Report.

To change the date range and choose the machine displayed, use the following filters:
-
Modify the From and To date fields to set the desired date range.

Select a machine to view the POS (Machine) Full Report from the Select a machine drop down menu.
- Click to run the POS (Machine) Full Report for the chosen machine.

To view other machine reports, click Sales By Hour, Weekly Sales, or Days Of The Week below the date range filters. Each of these reports opens in a new tab.

The Sales and Services information is located to the right of the Other Machine Reports section. This includes the amount of Cashless Sales, Cash Sales, Total Sold, Daily Average, and Service Average for the date range.

Below the other machine reports is a service log that displays the last date the machine was serviced along with the day of the week. Also displayed are the credit card sales, cash sales, total sold, and number of items sold for each service.

The Sales by Product pie chart visually compares the percentage by product of the total sales for that machine.

The Total Sales line graph displays the sales per day for that machine.

The following information is displayed in the Machine Service Information section:
-
Date: The dates that the machine was serviced within the date range chosen.

Route: The name of the route the machine is assigned to.
-
Driver: The driver assigned to the route.
-
Status: The status of the service, whether it is Serviced or Consolidated.
-
Inv Level: The inventory level after the service.
-
Cash: The cash sales at the time of service.
-
Credit Card: The credit card sales at the time of service.
-
Total Sales: The total sales at the time of service.
-
Bills: The amount of bills collected during the service.
-
Coins: The amount of coins collected during the service.
-
Total Collected: The total amount collected during the service.

Refunds: The refunds issued during the service.
-
O/S: The amount over or short during the service.

- The Machine Service Graph compares total sales and total collected during machine services.
Consolidation

To view the consolidation report for a route, click Analytics in the navigation bar.

Hover over Vending Financial in the drop down menu.
-
Select Consolidation.

To change the date range and route displayed, use the following filters:

Modify the From and To date fields to set the desired date range.

Select a route to view the consolidation report for in the Route drop down menu.
- Click to run the POS (Machine) Full Report for the chosen machine.

Explanation of columns in the Consolidation report from left to right:
-
Transaction #: The unique ID for each service. The transaction number is a clickable link that opens the Service Ticket page for this transaction.

Asset #: The unique number assigned to the machine.
-
Location: The location assigned to the route that was serviced and consolidated.
-
POS: The machine name the POS is assigned to. The machine name is a clickable link that opens the Machine View.
-
Action: Indicates which action was performed on the machine during the service.

Service Date: The date of the service.
-
Service Type: When the machine is serviced as scheduled, Sch is displayed. When the machine is serviced using Manual Parlevel, MPL is displayed.

$ Expected Bills: The total amount of bills expected to collect.
-
$ Expected Coins: The total amount of coins expected to collect.
-
$ Cash to Collect: The total amount of bills and coins expected to collect during the service.
-
Collected Bills: The amount of bills collected during the service.
-
Collected Coins: The amount of coins collected during the service.
-
$ Collected: The amount actually collected during the service.
-
Refunds: The total amount of refunds issued directly to the account during service.

Change Added: The total amount of change that was deducted from the coin collection and used to restock the coin mech. Change Added amounts will be considered for over/shorts.
- O/S: The amount of money you are over or short for this machine during this service. This is automatically populated.
